After her divorce from Alan York, Charlotte York moved to Sydney and had hardly any contact with her ex-husband and daughter. Kevin Carroll had researched this fact before posing as York, and while undercover told Teri Bauer that his wife "moved to Australia and never looked back". (Findings at CTU, "Day 1: 1:00am-2:00am")
