Who shot Emerson?Edit

I'm curious now. I've seen the episode twice and both times it seemed to me that Jack was the one that shot Emerson. I mean, when Tony shot him first, it seemed to me that Jack picked up a gun that Emerson had dropped, plus the shot in the neck seemed to came from the side where Jack was, not the front where Tony was. i just saw it again and it's clear to me: Jack shot Emerson. When Jack got out of the van, Emerson approached him gun in hand. As he grabbed Jack, he took his gun out and dropped it. When Tony shot him in the arm, Jack fell and crawled away from him (to grab his gun, I suppose) and then Emerson gets shot, clearly on the side of the neck, whereas Tony was standing right in front of him. After Emerson gets shot, we see Jack standing up, gun in hand, pointing at Emerson from the side. I think it's clear Jack shot him. Thief12 16:24, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Thief I think you're right also. I disagreed on instinct but when I watched the scene again to back myself up, it looks like Jack's shot. 24 is known for its violence, but gore is another thing, and this kill was pretty brutal, and unusually bloody. Unusual? As opposed to the late Alan York of Season 1 and the dropped-off body in Season 3? ;) -WarthogDemon 19:33, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
Not forgetting Fayed drilling and seriously beating Morris O'Brian. This may not be as gory, but it sure did make me cringe. -- Matthew R Dunn 20:51, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
