Actually he first appeared as the CIA agent identified as TAC 10. He was searching for Bauer, and got knocked out by the metal gate as shown here. But he appeared immediately after, as supposedly another agent while wearing the same clothes as shown here. - This has happened before with Tim Mikulecky as Russian consulate guard and John Meier as Omar's compound terrorist - there we've just noted the reappearance of the character after being killed/knocked out but I guess it doesn't matter hugely one way or the other--Acer4666 (talk) 15:01, May 12, 2014 (UTC)

- No no, it's the same situation. John Meier is in his brown coat in the compound gunfight getting shot, then reappears in the same costume and position and is seen getting shot again.
