Sorry! That's how we spell it over here, I always make non-Americanism mistakes like that! Haha --SignorSimon (talk/contribs/email) 20:56, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Oh hah! I should have guessed. It's great how so many 24 fans here aren't even from America. Proudhug is from Canada, the other co-founder (and you) are British, 2Anthony4 is Irish, etc. – Blue Rook 21:17, 4 September 2008 (UTC)talkcontribs

Didn't you ever guess whenever you corrected my "realised" to "realized" and stuff like that? --SignorSimon (talk/contribs/email) 21:22, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

"Realised" is British? I just thought it was theatre/theater, centre/center, and stuff like that. Come to think of it, I didn't guess because I just assumed my computer's spellcheck was finding a typo. I hope you didn't take offense to it, bud! I'll try to leave that alone since they're just alternate spellings of the same word.
What do you think of this Wikipedia article? There is a fun -ise, -ize section; it cites that "ize" is incorrectly regarded by many Brits as an Americanism. I don't know how it helps but it's a fun topic. – Blue Rook 22:39, 4 September 2008 (UTC)talkcontribs

I don't mind you changing it, because I'm sure most of the people who view this site are American and so might feel as if they should change it theirselves. But I would never spell it with a 'Z' in real life, personally I and probably everyone in Britain would regard that as a spelling mistake. --SignorSimon (talk/contribs/email) 06:27, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
