- It's immediately after David Palmer receives a call from Senator Hayes. The scene changes, and Chloe is going down some stairs at CTU on her way out the door to meet Sarah and to pick up Angela. As Chloe makes this journey, she is also talking on the phone to Justin. You can hear Justin on the phone asking Chloe if she's talking about the current files. As far as I know, you never get to see Justin, you just hear his voice. Does that help?--Sampson789 (talk) 07:40, October 9, 2014 (UTC)
