In order for this article to meet the inclusion criteria, it has to have a title that was referenced from the show. If "Kamistan Faction" doesn't explicitly appear in the series then unfortunately these villains have to be like the Drazen crew from season 1 and be without a specific article. If someone can pinpoint a spot where this term is used however, you're free to take down the AFD.
Please understand this isn't a criticism of article quality or anything like that. The group just has to have an official name from the show, like Red Square, Dawn Brigade, Second Wave, and the others did. Blue Rook talk contribs 06:36, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
