Just to expand past the physical resemblance - on the polish website that lists a lot of uncredited cast members he's listed as "salazar's man" and in the detailed bio part of his site he says he "He played a recurring henchman on FOX's hit 24", in between the 2003 and 2004 sections which fits with season 3--Acer4666 (talk) 15:25, December 27, 2013 (UTC)

Hm, my bad, Mikhail Tank played a different henchman, on the left of Kiefer here--Acer4666 (talk) 17:57, December 27, 2013 (UTC)

I was thinking it was Panuvat Anthony Nanakornpanom at first but that's unlikely.
