A user with the account name "Ortegaej" added Ed Ortega as the actor for this character. There is a flicker account also with the account name "ortegaej" that shows pictures of someone who seems to work as a background actor playing SWAT characters. Relevant pics are [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. It seems to be Powell's actor based on this one pic on this article but I can't check s7 atm to properly confirm it, thought I'd leave this info here until I can--Acer4666 (talk) 17:30, April 23, 2016 (UTC)
- Well I dunno how, but this posting must have alerted something because half an hour after linking to that flickr account, those images got deleted and the account no longer appears in google searches. Anyway, I managed to get a picture of Ed Ortega from another site and have copied it here (this is a BTS shot of him on Gang Related, incidentally he's stood next to another SWAT b/g actor who pops up here). Having watched the S7 episode, seen all the pics from flickr and this pic here, I am pretty convinced it is Ed Ortega who plays Powell--Acer4666 (talk) 00:53, April 24, 2016 (UTC)
