Tarket was the right hand man of Carr, the leader of a terrorist cell in Washington, D.C..
The Game[]
Tarket did not trust Chase Edmunds, who was working in the terrorist cell undercover for CTU Washington. Carr did not listen to Tarket. Later however, Chase's cover was blown and Tarket and Carr tried to take him out. However, Chase managed to kill all the terrorists in the base, including Tarket.
When Chase got to Carr, he said that he wished he had listened to Tarket about his opinions on Chase.
