Biography and career[]
Tatsujiro Oto was born in Japan, but lives in London, England.
Oto is a musician and keyboard player. In 2000, he played keyboards during the 51st Annual NHK kôhaku uta gassen, and in 2002 during the MTV Video Music Awards in Japan. After that, he started working as a composer working on numerous short films.
Since 2011, Oto has also worked as a sound editor, mixer, and designer. He worked on the show Chronicles of Syntax, as well as several short films and documentaries like Rohmer in Paris.
Aside from his work in the music and sound department, Oto makes occasional appearances as an actor. He has appeared on films like Sweeney Todd: The Demon of Barber Fleet, Rush, 47 Ronin (with Clyde Kusatsu), Pan, Now You See Me 2 (with Jozef Aoki), and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
