During CTU's investigation on the proceedings of nerve gas, Chloe O'Brian found out about Terra-Dyne's acquisition of strontium isotope, and informed Jack Bauer. Jack Bauer decided to go directly to Omicron International, which was the parent corporation of Terra-Dyne.
