Terry Matalas was one of nearly one-hundred American officials who conspired with – and received Sangalan blood diamond money from – Iké Dubaku.

Day 7

When Iké Dubaku was captured, a data stick was discovered beneath his skin that contained the names of the moles in the US government whom he was paying. This name was among them. The FBI, including the Washington Field Office under Larry Moss, prepared and executed a series of arrests to capture all of the moles.
