Tommy Flanagan

Tommy Flanagan (born July 3, 1965; age 58) played Gabriel Schector during Season 7 of 24. One of his most distinct characteristics is his scarred face, a result of being attacked by thugs in his native Scotland.

Flanagan is a close friend of fellow 24 alumnus Robert Carlyle, who first recommended that he try acting. They also worked together in the 1999 film Plunkett & Macleane. He also starred in The Saint with Rade Šerbedžija, Face/Off with Colm Feore, Sunset Strip with Rory Cochrane, Attila with Powers Boothe, Gladiator with Tomas Arana, and Sin City with Jude Ciccolella, Michael Madsen and Boothe.

Since 2008, Flanagan is best known for his role as biker Filip "Chibs" Telford on the FX drama series Sons of Anarchy. Peter Weller directed several episodes of the show before joining the cast in the show's sixth season.
