I think you're the one who is confused about the Secretary of the Treasury. The Sec of Treasury voted No to retain Palmer as President. That is to say, someone asked him if he wanted to keep Palmer, and he said NO. His NO vote did result in the removal of Palmer, but the way you've worded it makes it sound like the Secretary voted NO when asked if he wanted to remove Palmer, and that's not the case. -Kapoli 12:41, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
