Vicellous Reon Shannon (born April 11, 1971; age 52) played the role of Keith Palmer during Season 1 and Season 2 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Vicellous Reon Shannon was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but was raised in Orange County, California. While in high school, Shannon was a promising baseball player, but had to quit because of an injured hamstring. As a result, he took an interest in acting and began studying with R.J. Adams at The Actors Workshop, in Laguna Hills.

Through his career, Shannon has appeared in films like D2: The Mighty Ducks, M.A.N.T.I.S. (with Gina Torres), Banner Times (with Glenn Morshower), Grand Avenue (with Jenny Gago and Aisha Tyler), Senseless (with Jenette Goldstein), Can't Hardly Wait (with Channon Roe, Angelo Vacco, Marisol Nichols, and Eric Balfour), David and Lisa (with Lukas Haas and Kim Murphy), The Hurricane (with Harris Yulin), Dancing in September (with Aisha Tyler, Devika Parikh, and Matt Nolan), Semper Fi (with Lana Parrilla and Rick Ravanello), Hart's War (also with Ravanello, as well as Rory Cochrane and Maury Sterling), Shackles (with Tony Lee and Mandy June Turpin), and Annapolis (with Brian Goodman).
