Warner Enterprises was a business organization headed by Bob Warner. As a result of the company's international ties, Warner was contacted by the CIA five years prior to Day 2. He agreed to allow the CIA to channel information through the company, although he did not know the details of what information they sent or when.
Sometime after her recruitment into Second Wave, Marie Warner began transferring money from Warner Enterprises to Syed Ali. However, she forged the originator of the transfers, so that each appeared to come either from her fiancé Reza Naiyeer, or her father Bob Warner.
