Wassim Khan was a senior agent at RAW during Day 1.

Shortly before the day began, Wassim was informed by Sahil Joshi that he had evidence of a traitor inside ATU who was supporting the assassination attempt of Aditya Singhania. Wassim agreed to meet Joshi, and when driving to the meeting, he called Jai Singh Rathod to inform him of the threat on Singhania's life and the possibility of a traitor in Jai's unit. ("Day 1: 12:00am-1:00am")

Wassim reached the Lido Cinema just after 1am, and bought a ticket to the film. He entered and met Joshi in the auditorium, who handed over an SD card containing information on the traitor. However, Joshi was shot dead by gunmen hiding in the cinema, and Wassim was shot in the arm. He took cover and called Jai for help.

When Jai arrived, he located Wassim and the two of them attempted to escape the building. However, when crossing in front of the cinema screen Wassim was shot dead. In his dying moments he threw the SD card to Jai. ("Day 1: 1:00am-2:00am")
