He then drew it when confronted by Marcus and Rouse, but Marcus took it and pretended to shoot Yusuf in the head with it. He used it to shoot at Kate Warner at her house, and it was briefly taken by Rouse before he was shot. Marcus then picked it up again and used it to fire at Jack Bauer from the bathroom, but was disarmed by Jack. | |

Finally, he threatened a motorist with it to get a new vehicle. | |

She then shot him twice with it (when she fired it, a flashpaper non-gun was used - note how the end of the barrel doesn't match up to the rest). She then pointed it at Kate Warner when Kate arrived to collect her. |

After being given permission to interrogate Nina Myers, Jack got a P228, and used it to intimidate her. He then took it to Visalia for the assault on Crescent Collectibles, keeping it with him on the plane ride home. He then used it to defend himself from the Coral Snake commandos that downed his plane attempted to kill him and Nina. He had the gun during the raid on 18 Starling Court, and later used it when entering the Mosque. He also used it when investigating Norton Airfield, and to stop Omar's plane. He shot Marie Warner in the arm with it, and also had it when flying to the Mojave Desert, pulling it on George Mason when he was discovered. He drew the gun when Syed Ali was shot, and later pulled it on Yusuf Auda and Jonathan Wallace. It then briefly changed into a P229 before changing back when he threatened a nurse at an urgent care center. He also used it to shoot and kill Ronnie Stark's second driver, however when he was captured by Kingsley's men he lost the weapon. |

Ramon used the gun to hold Kim hostage when the police arrived. |
