I created this page (based on the sysop nomination page) because a contributor, Cubs Fan2007, has expressed interest in rollback, and I wanted to put this on the table for him (and other users interested in the future) in some official manner.
The page is located at this name (Wiki 24:Rollback) and not "rollbacker" because this is linked directly on "Special:ListGroupRights". Also, because the page is relatively small, I've included the nomination section right on it (instead of separately like for the sysops). Thoughts/good?
