The bridge was highlighted by Arlo Glass as being the region in which Kayla Hassan was being held captive by Tarin Faroush and his co-conspirators. It transpired that Kayla was being held more specifically at the Republic Commerce Bank. ("3:00am-4:00am")
Later in the day, when Jack was kidnapped by men working for Charles Logan, he was taken to a compound under the Williamsburg Bridge. ("3:00pm-4:00pm")
