Willoughby House, located at Number 2, was a private government residence in London, England, often reserved for important visiting dignitaries and their families.

President James Heller and his entourage resided at Willoughby House during Heller's week-long visit to London. In anticipation of their arrival, protesters gathered outside the home in opposition to the United States' use of drones in the war on terror. The President's agenda was cancelled so that he and the Prime Minister could contend with an imminent terrorist attack by Margot Al-Harazi.
