At 5:35pm, Witt arrived with Manning, Barnes, and a field team of other agents at the Tyler Memorial Hospital. They were responding to an impending terrorist gassing by Viktor Grigorin. Curtis gave orders to Witt to follow him, just as Tom Wegman approached.
