Yancy Ramon was a criminal suspected by CTU Agent Ted Paulson as being one of the guards at mercenary Ira Gaines' compound during Day 1.
While debriefing Kim and Teri Bauer after their rescue from the Gaines compound, Paulson showed them a set of photos of people suspected to be associates of Gaines. Ramon's mugshot, from a prior arrest by the Burbank Police Department, was among the photos shown, along with those of Eli Stram, Neil Nagi, Ralph Rosen, Clancy Moore, Robert Hamur and Ray Mercer.
