Zack Parker was a drug dealer who set up a deal with Kyle Singer for drugs. Around 2:00 PM Jack Bauer and Chase Edmunds spotted Zack and questioned him about David Goss and their plans. Zack eventually said that they were dealing drugs and the person that had it was Kyle Singer.
