Zilah Mendoza played Farah during Season 4 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Zilah Mendoza was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but was raised between Southern California and Tucson, Arizona. While living at the Pima reservation in Tucson, she attended theatre and dance classes along with her mother, at the age of 8. Mendoza continued acting during her school years appearing in theatre plays and earning recognition for her work.

Mendoza started her professional acting career in 1997, appearing in the film Interruptions (with Kirk B. R. Woller). After that, she has appeared in other films like Bed & Breakfast: Love is a Happy Accident and Imperial Dreams (with John Boyega).

Aside of films, Mendoza has also appeared in TV shows like The District, Law & Order, ER (with Steven Culp), The Division (with Raymond Cruz), Nip/Tuck, Crossing Jordan (with Ravi Kapoor), Grey's Anatomy, and Modern Family.

Although she has some television credits, Mendoza is better known as a stage actress, appearing in such productions as Living Out, Black Butterfly, and Electricidad.
